"Matt was the relator for the purchase of our new house in Rome GA and the sale of our old house in Marietta GA. We didn’t know what town we wanted to settle in at first so he visited homes in Marietta, Dallas, and Rome with us. While driving around looking for a house he asked questions about our values as a couple and what we hope our house will be. He was personable, attentive to our needs, easy to work with and a delight / honor / joy to work with. After we found our rome house he patiently and responsively stuck with us over the next 9 months as our house in marietta went off and on the market through 4 contracts, 3 of which fell through right at the end of due diligence. Each step of the way Matt was careful to check in on us as humans, praying for us and on multiple occasions made recommendations which were better for us in the long run (like backing away from one of the contracts with a difficult buyer) although not the choice you would expect if all he wanted was to see us sell the house so he could make a commission.
